Shiplap is such a great feature wall idea that provides an instant wow factor. Paint it white to keep it nice and bright, or add some moodiness with a dark charcoal color.
3–Neutral Colors
Keep your rooms feeling cozy & bright with neutral walls & furniture too. Add your color through your accent pieces like pillows, art, and home décor.
4–Mirrors
Farmhouse Mirrors can be displayed anywhere in your home and add instant personality as well as light to that space. Explore different shapes & textures around your home.
5–Wreaths
Wreaths aren’t just for displaying on your front door, they can be put up year-round inside your home too. Think about adding a wreath above your oven, on your pantry door, in your staircase, or entryway too!
6–Lanterns
Lanterns are the perfect home décor to add to your tables, bookcases, or in front of your fireplace to instantly add some farmhouse appeal.
7–Metal Bins
Different textiles like metal go well with the farmhouse style. Metal Bins for storing items like magazines, toilet paper in the bathroom, on the kitchen counter, or books on your shelves are a great option!

Another way to add some greenery is with artificial stems. Find a cute vase and add some seasonal stems to it and display on your dining table, console table, kitchen island, etc for a great pop of color!

One of my favorite ways to easily update the style in any space is with printable quotes! They can be displayed in literally ANY room in the home…living room, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms, entryway, hallway, nursery, playroom, home gym, etc!

I used to be on the lookout for cute signs at home décor stores that I could display for the different seasons & holidays. The problem is that each one costs about $50+.
Imagine how much it costs when you enjoy switching out these signs regularly throughout the year and for different seasons!
And then this year, I had a revelation and started up my new Etsy Printables Shop in which I design & create printable signs to display in different rooms around the home. This is my new favorite way to decorate my spaces and they are so easy to switch out and give a renewed look too!
Instead, I buy some cute frames that I love in different sizes. Then I pop in my quote or phrase that I want to display in my frame. Whenever I’m ready for a change, I just take the existing printable out and put in a new one for a fresh look! So simple and inexpensive too!
So rather than buying numerous home décor signs at $50 each, buy frames and several different printables at only $5 US!
